양념 치킨 소스 / Korea Seasoned Fried Chicken Sauce
Ingredients
물엿 (Corn syrup): 4 T
다진 마늘 (Minced garlic): 2 T
케찹 (Ketchup): 2 T
설탕 (Sugar): 2 T.
고추장 (Red pepper paste): 1 T
고춧가루 (Red pepper flakes): 1 T
물 (Water): 1 T
간장 (Soy sauce): 1 T
1. 냄비나 웍에 고춧가루 1 티스푼과 설탕 2 테이블스푼, 간장 1 테이블스푼, 물 1 테이블스푼, 물엿 4 테이블스푼, 케찹 2 테이블스푼, 다진 마늘 2 테이블스푼, 고추장 1 티스푼까지 넣어주고 잘 섞은 뒤 끓여준다.
2. 보글 보글 끓으면 불을 끄고 한김 식힌 다음 준비한 용기에 보관한다.
Step 1. In a pot or wok, add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of water, 4 tablespoons of corn syrup, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of red pepper paste. Mix them well and bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 2. Once it starts boiling, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly. Then, transfer the mixture to a prepared container and store it. Note: Please adjust the quantity of ingredients according to your taste preferences.
